“Section 1: The Village Council expresses its support for the combined efforts of Antioch University and the Antioch College Continuation Corporation to come to an agreement that will keep Antioch College operating.
“Section 2: The Village Council expresses its support from Antioch College Continuation Corporation to seek clarification on the issue of maintaining the Certificate of Authorization with the Ohio Board of Regents, as long as the standards outlined in Administrative Code 3333 continue to be met in the future.
“Section 3: The Village Council directs the Village Manager to seek the support from political subdivisions, our legislative delegation and other people that could be influential in this clarification by communicating and presenting the interests ofthe Village Council as expressed in Section 1 and Section 2.”
