Operating expenses for the most part are under budget….due in part from resignations not being back filled in some administrative areas and an effort to utilize existing inventory without reordering due to the impending suspension of the College. –page 40
The net result from the first quarter revenue against expenditures is surplus revenue over expenditures of $368,526. This is a very positive sign and may ultimately reduce the end of the year deficit if the trend continues. –page 40
We are continuing to monitor our expenditures but legal expenses, an extra board meeting and consulting fees have stretched our approved budget to the limit. –page 59
