…AND WHEREAS the theft of one’s name is forgery, and subject to legal action.
AND WHEREAS our members, had they performed these actions, would be fired for dishonesty, lying or forgery.
THEREFORE, we, the members of UE Local 767, call upon the University Board of Trustees to address this matter and demand that the Chancellor explain her action and apologize for these secretive, unethical and illegal acts. We also ask for a commitment from the University to act with transparency, honesty and justice henceforth.
